Get Results: Using the subconscious mind

How do you get the results you want? How do you program your subconscious mind in a way to get the results you want? Well in this blog post, I will be taking my life example and how I used my subconscious mind to get my desired result.

So, I joined my MBA college. Now, if you know about my stories in the past you probably know that I never put marks and academics as being very important to me. I don’t want to discourage you by saying that you should not focus on marks. Definitely they do have some importance. So, in my first semester I scored a 6.6 GPA. Now, it was quite less and even I was a little disturbed by my performance. Obviously my parents were also quite upset about how I had performed.

The thing is in my B. Tech college too, I used to score a similar grades (to be honest even less) but B.Tech was never taken seriously by me after the first sem. But the thing is I had decided to do MBA and at that point of time I was also wanted to do well. I didn’t want the same story from B.Tech to continue. Also, my side hustle was carrying on so I knew that was also very important to me. So, the thing is I didn’t want my parents to be worried about how I am performing in college. When the next sem started I decided to maintain a 7 GPA.

Now, I actually declared to the universe that I want a 7 GPA, kindly give it to me the next sem. Guide me in such a way that I end up at a 7 GPA in the next sem. So, now I actually started getting better grades in the next sem. I would always get hints whenever I was going wrong and whenever I needed to prepare something for the exam. I found myself getting the right groups all the time which were doing well in assignments. So, that took care of my grades. The results were recently announced and I did get a 7.01 GPA. So, I was quite thrilled at my result because I had achieved what I wanted to.

The thing is yes I could have used this method to get myself an 8 GPA too, but I knew the price for that was something that I would never be willing to pay. LOL. I had other ambitions which meant a lot more to me than scoring well in academics. Had I asked for an 8 GPA, my subconscious mind would have not made me rest until I would have completed each and every aspect of the syllabus. For me it was not worth the price to be really honest.

Don’t get me wrong I had big ambitions. If you have been reading my blogs you would know a little about my journey as I was preparing for CAT. I was literally aiming for a 99%ile when I first started. I didn’t get it that is a different thing. Now, I had been researching about the subconscious mind since a long time. I knew a great deal about these things before I even decide to give CAT. Yet, I didn’t get the desired outcome. I wanted a 99%ile in the start, I ended up at 88%ile. Things changed along the way as I was studying for CAT. The universe obviously had other things in plan. Somehow while I was giving mock tests at the end my score came down very low. I was scoring 70%ile in mocks and this was about a week before CAT. That really brought down my confidence and I was like ‘What am I going to do in life?’. The thing is mocks are given by students who are really driven and want to perform well. Had I not given mocks perhaps my confidence would have been maintained and I might have done well.

I had messed up the quant section and when I came back I realised I could have solved 3 or 4 maybe(I don’t exactly remember now) more questions in that section which I ended up getting wrong during the exam. It never used to really happen like that. Mostly I would get very few questions as wrong during practice. There were about 16 days left for the SNAP exam and I did everything I could to get a 99%ile. I gave mocks and last year papers too. When I gave last year paper I was scoring a 65 out of 150 which was above 99%ile in SNAP. So, this time I was like I am going to do it. But, again things happened and I ended up at 95%ile. I was really pi**ed off.

Anyway, I was not really that good in using the subconscious mind at that time. But obviously, I have improved upon it. I get the results that I want. It is actually like talking to it. You tell it what you want and have faith that it will bring the thing to you.

Remember these rules before you start the process:

  1. KNOW CLEARLY WHAT YOU WANT AND WHY YOU WANT IT.
  2. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR INTENTIONS ARE PURE. THE OUTCOME SHOULD MEAN SOMETHING TO YOU.
  3. IF THE PROCESS IS NOT ENJOYABLE THEN YOU ARE PROBABLY AIMING FOR THE WRONG THING AND I FEEL YOU SHOULD CHANGE YOUR FOCUS.
  4. IT IS QUITE EFFORTLESS TO MOVE TOWARDS THINGS THAT REALLY MEAN SOMETHING TO YOU.
  5. THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND WILL GUIDE YOU ACCORDINGLY. FOLLOW ITS GUIDANCE.
  6. IT MAY HAPPEN THAT YOU MIGHT NOT GET THE RESULTS YOU WANT. REMEMBER THAT THE UNIVERSE HAS YOUR BEST INTEREST IN MIND. THIS IS WHERE DESTINY COMES INTO PLAY. SO, ACCEPT IT.
  7. LASTLY, HAVE FUN.
