Alright, so this is a blog post to help people who might be depressed in life, people who are going through big problems and people who might be feeling lost in life. It is okay to be sad or depressed or feel a low vibrational because that is how life makes you feel at certain times. It is necessary to undergo those emotions because life wants you to change your ways.
A lot of things can happen in life. Your lover may leave you, you might get fired from your job, you might loose money or your business etc. The important thing to realize is that your life requires you to pay attention to an aspect that might be really important. Or it could be that life is trying to teach you a lesson.
Depression and trauma is also important in the sense of understanding oneself. I remember when I was undergoing trauma back in under graduation, I spent hours procrastinating and thinking about how to get out of it. At times, it almost felt like this was how my life was going to be moving forward. It was definitely a dark period in my time when I couldn’t focus on anything. It was extremely difficult for me to study or even do things that I liked doing back then. It feels hopeless in that sort of situation. Your self esteem goes down to an all time low and you are left with no purpose.
However, it was during that time that I underwent a lot of change for the better. Also, its important to realize that life will make you go through the same thing over and over again until you correct it. So, if there is anything that needs to be changed like your belief system or your personality God is going to make you undergo the circumstances that will make you change. At times, the process can be painful.
Sometimes, I get irritated when people say ‘What is the need to feel so depressed? or Why are you so confused?’etc. I mean you are not in the shoes of the person who is dealing with that problem and you probably don’t have a clue as to what it might mean then why exactly are you giving your advice.
You see you must not ignore negative emotions and feel them literally as much as you can. Also, see if there are certain things in you that need to be changed. It could be a habit or a trait in yourself that requires to be replaced. Also you must know that everyone’s challenges in life are different and so are their problems.
Therefore, take your time to experience the negative emotion and work towards it. Don’t ignore the negative problem and don’t try to escape it without understanding it. Trauma always makes your life better in the end.
